2. A mediation agreement shall be send to both parties, explaining the terms of  mediation.

 

3. A mediation session will be scheduled for both parties.

 

4. The mediation process takes between 2 to 4 sessions of 60 minutes each, depending on the dispute.

 

5. The cost of a mediation session is R1400-00 and shared between the parties or as otherwise agreed at the first session and payable after each session. 

6. At the end of the mediation process I will provide the parties with a Settlement Agreement. This document details all the points of agreement reached during the mediation process.

7. Parenting Plans are drafted where there are minor children involved. In the case of divorce this is an annexure to the Settlement Agreement.
